Correspondence Distance B tech Courses in Engineering

Engineering in correspondence

For the necessity for pursuing distance course, or if there is a lack of good Institutes in your local, you can go for a distance or correspondence engineering courses.

Last week one of my friends asked me about some universities in India which provide engineering in correspondence or distance B tech courses.

Before proceeding to the DIFFERENT colleges where you can apply, at first you should check out for your eligibility for the distance B tech courses in India.

  • Why should you prefer a Correspondence course?

If you have a necessity for pursuing distance course, or there are not well-reputed Institutes in your nearby areas you can go for a distance course in Engineering. But I ‘ll suggest  that you should always prefer to be a regular student than preferring a distance engineering course. And even after joining a distance program, you should give sufficient time to sharpen your skills and increase your engineering knowledge.

Hope this article may help clear your doubts.

How to Choose Right Branch in Engineering?

  • Prerequisites:
  1. You must have your 12th from Physics, Chemistry, and Maths
  2. You can directly enter in the second year of the degree if you have diploma/ polytechnic in the same branch.
  3. You must be an Indian student. (some colleges allow only Indian natives)

Remember there is no hard and fast rule that, if you have a diploma in electrical engineering, then you have to go only for engineering in that branch. You can choose any of the available branches in your engineering course.

  • Rules for Distance B tech course:
  1. You have no restrictions to not have a Job/ Business side by side during the course.
  2. The minimum years to pass the B tech is 4 and maximum is 8.
